So, when your stomach flutters and
your hands shakes and cheeks flush,
it may not be love but pain instead.

Too Cool For School

Too Cool For School is actually a Korean brand.  It is now available in Singapore.  It has three outlets so far.  I know that two of the outlets are located @ Far East Plaza and VivoCity.  I don't remember where the other outlet is located, my sincere apologies.

The few items i bought:

  1. Marshmallow Puff (Dupe of the beauty blender) $9
  2. Mascara $38 (I think)
  3. A pencil eraser (Make-up purposes)  $18

The Marshmallow puff is a well known dupe of the beauty blender.  It cost me nine bucks. I gonna be honest here and give you a review on this product.  Other than its appearance and unique shape, there is nothing good to comment.  This is because I have already tried the original beauty blender.  It does an okay job of blending liquid products such as moisturizers, liquid foundations, BB&CC creams and sun screens.

PROS OF THE MARSHMALLOW PUFF:
It's cute
Unique shape
Affordable

CONS OF THE MARSHMALLOW PUFF:
It is not very durable.  On my first wash, I could spot a little tearing on the sides.
It feels much harder than the beauty blender
Does not expand under water.  Therefore, it isn't necessary to wet the product before usage. (Of course, I confirmed this theory with the staff working @ Too Cool For School)

The Mascara was slightly above my budget.  It had a cute design and packaging.  I wasn't too keen on purchasing it until the sales assistant informed me that it was water resistant. Well, she got me there. I've been looking for a good water resistant mascara.  Another interesting feature is that you can adjust the size of the mascara comb just by twisting the "top" of the mascara box/tin/vile/packing(whatever).  I have tried the mascara a couple of times, it ain't that bad.  When you wear mascara without touching up, you'll end up looking like a panda at the end of the day. But I assure you, this product does not give you those horrible looking panda eyes.

Lastly, the eraser pencil.  It acts as a quick remover of pencil/eye make up.  The reason why I bought this was simple.  My eyeliner always smudges.  So this helps clean up the mess.  Of course, I tried this product before purchasing it.  It freaking works!! It has been my life saver ever since.  Any water resistant eye liners out there to recommend??
