I am cafe (highlights)

Hi blog buddies,

I've decided to check out I am cafe at haji lane! I heard the food there is really good and the rainbow cake is to die for.

The place is quite easy to find but the set up isn't really well planned. It's a very small shop space and the tables are very close by each other.

The sad thing is that it was full on people. Of course, it's a Saturday. Worst of all, we had the seats outdoor. The sun was blasting in our faces! :<

On a brighter note, the staff has really good English and they are very friendly. They are dressed in vintage looking hats and suspenders (for the guys). But the girls are just clad in normal casual attire.

Here's a brief preview of the menu:

Our orders are the BLT sandwich and ham & cheese sandwich. Berry nice bro and virgin lychee mojito as our beverages. and the beautiful looking rainbow cake.

The sandwiches look identical. The only difference is the fillings inside. The salad was really tasty. Tastiest salad I have ever tasted.

Our drinks! Love mine. I ordered the berry nice bro. I believe it contains cherry, cranberry and soda? I am not too sure actually.

Check out the vibrant colours of this rainbow cake. Sorry to break it to you but it does not taste as good as it looks. It's a pretty big cake, so do share it with your friends.

Jiayin and I were pretty stuffed after finishing our sandwiches. We were even debating who is to finish the cake.

Few hours later, we decided to rest our feet at Paris baguette cafe and try their oh so famous pudding. It comes in 3 flavours; original, mango and chocolate. The pudding was not that bad. It will cost you about 4 dollars each.

Ending the day off with jiayin slacking at my house.
